It is through its Sustainability Policy that Dublauto Gaúcha seeks to work and contribute to 15 of the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals proposed for the global agenda until 2030.

CORPORATE RESPONSIBILITY POLICY

Dublauto Gaúcha is committed to developing, applying and continuously improving its Sustainability Management System based on the following principles:

· Commit to decent and fair work relationships, providing a work environment with safe and healthy physical and psychological conditions, prohibiting child, forced, slave or slavery-like labor;

· Constantly assess and eliminate the health and safety hazards and risks inherent to its processes and facilities;

· Provide efficient communication and alert channels, including consultation and participation of its employees;

· Promoting respect, diversity, equality and inclusion in the work environment without any type of harassment, prejudice or discrimination of any nature, encouraging good professional relationships among all;

· Prevent any practice of bribery or other benefits from suppliers, service providers or customers for their own benefit or the organization;

· Encouraging the reporting of any unethical practices by the company or its employees and disseminating complaint channels with guarantees of secrecy, impartiality and without any type of reprimand;

· Comply with the legislation in force, contracts, agreements and collective agreements;

· Respect the freedom of membership and unionization of its employees, their protection and non-discrimination;

· Meet the applicable legal requirements, ethical and marketing principles;

· Respect labor relations and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

FAIR COMPETITION AND ANTI-CORRUPTION POLICIES

Dublauto Gaúcha, as responsible for building and maintaining ethical and fair relationships, focused on its social role, on the reputation and integrity of its organization, as well as on the sustainability of its business through correct and transparent conduct, is continually committed to the strengthening of its corporate governance in strict compliance with laws and regulations, in the repudiation of illegal acts and in the fight against corruption. In this sense, as a complement to its internal Code of Ethics and Conduct, extended to all its employees and administrators, follows its principles of Fair Competition and Anti-Corruption Policy, reaching in addition to its internal public, its representatives, suppliers, outsourced and other interested parties (stakeholders):

· Respect free competition and free choice of the market;

· Prohibit any type of agreement with competitors in order to define or control sales prices to the market, determine divisions of this or its operating territories;

· Do not obtain benefits to the detriment of competitors or through illicit means;

· To prohibit any attitude that damages the image of associations and/or competitors;

· Comply with current legislation;

· Obtain customers through lawful means such as advertising, improving product quality, fair pricing and differentiated and innovative products;

· Respect property rights;

· Promote social, environmental and economic responsibility in the value chain;

· Combat the abuse of economic power, which aims to dominate markets and eliminate competition, valuing good competitive practices, confidentiality of information and transparent and reputable practices of its managers, employees, suppliers, and other interested parties.

· Not being able to contribute their resources to political parties, party committees and/or candidates, regardless of ideology or program. A partner or employee who is motivated to do so, will do so in a private capacity, without any involvement with the name of the company;

· Use fair operating practices – Anti-corruption practices;

As anti-corruption practices, they follow the following guidelines that guide Dublauto Gaúcha's conduct:

· Not condone, practice or tolerate any act of corruption in offering or receiving any type of advantages, privileges, gratuities, gifts (except institutional ones such as pen, pencil, notebook, agenda, worthless, etc., with no commercial value) or leisure option in interactions with private entities or public entities to obtain any undue benefit to the company Dublauto Gaúcha;

· In respect of the provisions contained in the Anti-Corruption Brasilian Law 12.846/2013 and its Regulatory Decree 8.420/2015, it is strictly prohibited for any Employee, Third Party or any other entity acting on behalf of Dublauto Gaúcha, for its benefit and/or interest, to offer, promise, grant, authorize or give, directly or indirectly, any payment, undue advantage or similar to a public official or a third person related to him with the intention of influencing or inducing him to perform an activity or function; and/or obtain or retain business or advantages with public companies, public agents, directly or indirectly.

Any employee, supplier or service provider who is aware of possible problem situations related to acts of corruption, bribery, fraud, facilitation or bribe payments, money laundering; active or passive; directly or indirectly, you must immediately notify Dublauto Gaúcha through the ombudsman channel of the institutional portal of Dublauto Gaúcha at http://gaucha.dublauto.com.br/contato.
