The Drysoft liner, besides containing antimicrobial treatment, promotes smart water absorption. The material engages two technologies, in which have a water-repellent fabric layer dubbed to another hydroabsorbent fabric layer, generating a water flow to let the foot always dry.
The upper Design Flex was created based on a new concept that combines different materials in a structure dubbed in three layers and 2mm thick that besides the contrast of colors and textures, also offers lightness and flexibility to the footwear.
The RESPI-DRY is an internal upper reinforcement with water-repellent properties on one surface and hydroabsorption on the other and provides antimicrobial treatment.
The reinforcement consists of two dubbed layers with WEB adhesive, which keeps the permeability, where the outer face (upper side) comprises nonwoven spunlaced with water-repellent treatment, restricting the ingress of moisture from outside into the footwear.
The bottom face (liner side) is composed of needled nonwoven and has hydroabsorption and antimicrobial treatment, which absorbs moisture generated internally by sweat, keeping the feet dry and no smelly. This layer, which already contains proprietary of ultra absorption, also has high desorption, and provide cushioning footwear, eliminating the use of foam.
Palmilha Sequinha was developed with a unique structure of finishing sock and consists of three layers with specific functions:
The top layer, which is in contact with the foot, is composed of 100% polyester fabric and, besides providing the finishing, is permeable to moisture and gases.
The intermediate layer, responsible for the absorption of impact and comprised white E.V.A. 3.5mm, has punch holes of 1.8mm to allow, through the foot pressure on the sock, the passage of moisture down, reaching the third layer.
The bottom layer is composed of a synthetic nonwoven of 100% polyester fabric sewn and treated, which has a high water absorption capacity, absorbing the moisture that reaches it during the use of the footwear, keeping the foot dry. Beisdes the high absorption, this layer has antimicrobial treatment, which prevent the foot odor.
Palmilha Sequinha can also be provided with the finishing material treated to impart antimicrobial resistance, including fungi, bacteria and mites.
