On September 26, from 8 am to 10 am, the SESI in Novo Hamburgo, RS, hosted the “Meeting with Industry” with the central theme of Comprehensive Health with an emphasis on Mental Health in the Workplace. A representative of the Sustainability Committee of Dublauto Gaúcha participated in the event, as did several companies in the region who attended the initiative.

The meeting featured speakers Carina Rampanelli, Coordinator of the Comprehensive Health Project at SESI's Health Management Department, and psychologist Viviane Girondi Copelli, a specialist in occupational health at the SESI Center for Psychosocial Factors, who shared essential knowledge and strategies to promote a healthier and more productive work environment.

Mental health was a central theme, being fundamental to the productivity and well-being of employees. The main topics covered were:

• Overview of mental health in society and organizations.

• The impact of mental health in the workplace.

• The role of organizations in creating environments focused on comprehensive health and well-being.

• Psychosocial risk and protection factors in the organizational environment.

• Strategies for promoting mental health, such as self-care, healthy habits and the importance of an inclusive work environment for all generations.
